Opentrons’s web Labware Creator rejects any rack with mixed well diameters, pitches, or heights. Datum Labware machines dual-zone combination fixtures and authors multi-group Schema v2 JSON definitions so diluents, internal standards, and 20 autosampler vials occupy a single deck slot.
Selective Laser Sintering (Vapor-De-Powdered) (±0.15 mm): Resistant to alcohols, aqueous buffers, DMSO, and acetonitrile splashes; wipe down with 70% ethanol or 10% bleach.

- Saves an entire deck slot on crowded 11-slot OT-2 and 12-slot Flex assay layouts.
- Independent per-well `z` and `depth` definitions prevent tip collisions when moving between 61 mm reagent vials and 32 mm HPLC vials.
